tModLoader mod browser not working?

So I've used tmodloader twice now. The first time I used the mod browser to get all sorts of mods. However, I got rid of Terraria and the mod loader for a while. Then a few days ago I wanted to play modded Terraria again but now the mod browser isn't working, no mods show up one the screen. Has anyone else experienced this and do you have a solution?
