Easton Ave Parking Deck?

Hey everyone, just a quick question about the parking situation at College Ave. If I decide to live in the Easton Ave Apartments next year, would I be able to park in the Easton Ave Deck 24/7 if I buy a resident pass? The website, under "Overview," says "It is located in the Easton Avenue commercial district and offers student parking in the deck built beside the building." Any information would be helpful, thanks!
