If money wasn't an issue, what social media software would you use for social posting and reporting?

I'm having a really hard time picking between a bunch of programs - Buffer, Hootsuite, SproutSocial, SocialReport, etc. I have a good budget from my client but I can't pick. Well, I can pick but I'd love your input about what you like and don't like about each. And if there's any new software I don't know about.

I'm really interested in storing evergreen posts with their respective graphics.

Thank you!
