Cook books or recipes

Hi guys,

This is my first time posting here and I'm really hoping you can help me on my way to a healthy lifestyle.

In May of 2016 I started a new job and as a result of the crazy hours and lack of exercise I've gained a lot of weight and almost a year on I'm finally realizing how bad it's gotten because of work and my new family life (1 year old boy) It's difficult to find the time for real exercise.

Basically my query is can you guys give me some ideas of good healthy eating cook books or recipes where I can batch cook and freeze the majority of meals? As right now I'm eating crap all the time, I don't prepare a single meal myself and more often than not I end up getting a takeaway.

This has been part laziness by myself and the fact that I have no idea what to cook and how to actually be healthy!

Kind Regards

R
