When is this getting fixed?

Ok so i got ab+ literally yesterday(ik late af) and on my first run i try to go to the void and the portal wont work, check the wiki and apparently is a known bug...k... try to fix it and didnt work....k....not fighting dlirium this run.... Next run the same happens, but this time it does fix itself by getting as far as i could of the portal for some seconds, cool, beat delirium. run ends. NOW, today i try another void run and it doesnt work again, it wont fix itself and have tried a lot of things. I just cant get it on this run. How am i completing the game if i cant even fight the final boss?

TLDR: void portal wont let me in 3 times in a row, fix plea?
