Something about the Storm Ruler that I felt would have been a nice touch

In the sword's description it mentions felling greatwoods if I'm remembering correctly (sorry, at work now, can't check), so I always thought it would have been cool if, on NG+, we'd have been able to use the Storm Ruler to one-shot the Soul Rotted Greatwood. It's not a hard boss in the first place, so it's not like it would've been an insanely easy workaround to an otherwise very challenging boss, plus it would've lined up nicely with the sword's description.
