Need help creating a schedule for this upcoming year!! Two divisions, Ten Teams, 20 weeks + playoffs..

Our league has ten teams and two divisions. Our goal is to create a schedule where the teams in each division play each other 3 non-consecutive times (like a 3 game series) through a twenty week season. This allows for eight non-conference games. Can anyone help organize this or point me to a website that can generate something? Thank you!
