Is it worth re-purchasing some titles on a different system?

I have 2 of the Atelier games for PS3, and lately I've been thinking about getting them on VITA as digital. Mainly because I don't have a good enough TV for the PS3, and without HDMI I cannot read at all what they're saying. But I'm a bit reluctant to shell over the cash for it, esp. when these games didn't make a lasting impression on me the first try. I am curious to give it another go, though.
