Need tips vs Conquerer as Lawbringer/Warlord

Getting a bit sick of the unblock-able bash>attack chain. I have to hope I'm just far enough away that backrolling puts me out of bash range, otherwise I'm laying on my back and spreading for 'em. I've found the flail a real pain to parry too.

Any good Lawbringers/Warlords got advice?
