[Hiring] Raw poker spreadsheet data conversion to readable format

I’m looking for an automated way to convert this poker data generated from an RFID poker table to a readable format similar to this for specific hands.

I don’t need the images from the readable example (I can implement this myself) or the exact layout with identical fields, just something close so they are a more visually digestible format and easily referenceable.

This would likely involve an additional Excel sheet with functions which would pull from the raw data sheet and then output the readable format. I’d want to simply input a hand number for it to target and then populate the readable sheet.

I’m looking to have this completed in the next 3-4 weeks, but I’m uncertain how to budget it based on the complexity of the functions necessary to convert this form of source data.
