Confused on APS-C/Full Frame E-Mounts

Hi!

I just purchased a 16mm 2.8, which is an APS-C Lens, and I'm getting the a7rii tomorrow in the mail. I went to the store today to test it out on the body, and I'm aware that the a7rii automatically senses it's an APS-C lens and corrects for it.

But since It's a full frame sensor and a APS-C lens, is the lens still 16mm, or does the 1.5x factor apply and actually make it a 24mm? I would think it only applies when you use a full frame mount on an APS-C sensor.

So basically what I'm asking is what exactly is my focal length with the 16mm?
