Is it just me, or do a few clubs/nations also produce a crazy amount of wonderkids?

I feel like every single season, Porto, Genk and Anderlecht have 1-2 crazy young talented teenagers.

I've picked up like 3-4 crazy Portuguese players from Porto and the Portugal national team is crazy stacked (I'm in 2025).

Is this normal in every save?
