any way to control volume post-amp?

I know there are pre-amp passive volume controls, but is there any post amp volume controls?

The amp I have allows multiple headphone outputs, but if if you have different headphones, the volumes will be different. So i was wondering if there is a post-amp volume controlling method to change the volume between the amp- to - headphone without degrading quality
