Logitech M217 Mouse jumping and stuttering.

I have had a Logitech M217 mouse for a ~1 year. Within the last week, it has been jumping around like crazy and stuttering. This only started when I started surfing in CS:GO. The mouse will not appear in the Logitech Unifying app, nor will it stop. Sometimes, it randomly jumps around. I have tested with other computers, and the same happens. I have not had this problem with other mouses. I'd rather not buy a new mouse if not necessary.
