Is there a DAW that handles changing time signatures easily?

I like to have different time signatures throughout songs. I've been using FL Studio but there is no easy way to go about that. Is there a DAW where you can mix time sig. within a project/timeline? And don't say Logic haha (cause I don't have a MAC).
