"Network Not Responding" on PS4 for the past day...any help?

I've looked around, but I can't find anything less than four months old that has an actual answer besides "I have that problem, too". Every time I spend a decent amount of time on a mission, oftentimes when I speed through one, too, I get hit with "NETWORK NOT RESPONDING", even though I have no connection issues whatsoever. It wouldn't be a problem to just ignore the warning if that didn't mean I was going to miss out on everything I got from the mission.

Right now, I've been waiting for five minutes at the mission summary to go back to my ship while it's "updating account information", but I'm getting nowhere, and I'm kinda pissed that I've so far missed out on over three thousand Nano Spores, which I was hoping to use to finish my incubator part before my Argon Crystal expires. Is there anything I can do about this, or am I supposed to just cross my fingers and hope for the best?
