I need help with ostomy supplies

REQUEST

In 2014 I had my entire large intestine removed, due to Ulcerative Colitis. I had 2 surgeries after to reconnect my small bowel, over the course of a year, while having an ileostomy. I've had to go back to a permanent ileostomy, due to many complications.. The past 2 years were nothing short of miserable.

Thankfully, insurance covers my main supplies (pouches, skin barrier and breakdown products). But, in the US there are many things that aren't covered- special support belts (to keep the ostomy bag secure) and hernia prevention vests/undergarments, hydration and nutrition aides (dehydration is very common with ileostomies, as can be issues absorbing nutrients), monitoring equipment, etc. Some even need to be specially ordered from the UK. These every day things are considered luxuries, that I can't afford on my own.

If you could share my gofundme link, I'd be very grateful. Any help is appreciated: https://www.gofundme.com/rachelles-new-ileostomy-care
