Anyone know how to put a limit on how many files a user can change on a network share per hour?

This would be another attempt to block ransomware from making changes to all the network shares. We're already using the File Server Resource Manager to block common ransomware file extensions but just in case there is a new one not being monitored we'd like to limit the damage.

Anyone know of a way to set a limit to how many files a user can change within a certain time frame?
