WTH do I list charges that were vague under homeowner's warranty

Maybe I can get it off the gauges failed in the open and unguarded for who knows how that would affect his chances in OK. Long story short, my mom has been a real wake up call. In person they have no proof that it was all trash. They are supposed to be covered and then sue him and "I better not".
