Class/Race and Alignments?

I haven't been able to find the information anywhere, except that, if I recall, there will be good vs evil alignments. Will the races and/or classes be restricted to alignments? I'm trying to determine what I will play at launch, but without this information, I can't.

IE anyone who played classic EQ, Dark Elves, or Necromancers were restricted to evil.
