About to buy 1st gaming/streaming setup. Need feedback.
###Build Help/Ready:
What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
I want to be able to play games and stream at 1080p at a locked 60fps. Looking to run things without any frame drops. If I have to lower the streaming to 720p that's fine, but I'd prefer to keep it all 1080p.
No plans to overclock.
If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)
1080p, 60fps. Frame rate is king for me.
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
$1500
In what country are you purchasing your parts?
United States
Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!).

Provide any additional details you wish below.
I made a post similar to this before, but I left out some things and changed a few things.
I'm looking to run a 2 monitor setup. I don't want to have to overclock at all. I just want to piece it together and be able to run things at 1080p, 60fps.
If these parts seem suitable for the job, or if you have any suggestions, please let me know.
