Can I power more than one drive?

Hey everyone, first time builder, here with what will probably be considered a dumb question but I just really want to make sure :P I am planning on adding an SSD to my build but honestly I have not idea what connectors you need to plug it in other than the SATA cable, so my question is do I need to buy any extra cables or will I have everything I need to run the SSD and HDD?
