Installing Zip Files On Kodi

Dropbox won't work for some reason on Kodi. Doesn't give me option to log in. I can't figure out how to get the zip file from macbook to (not jailbroken) apple tv 4 for smoothstreams. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Seems so easy but i've spent hours googling for answers and can't find any. Thanks!
