Withdrawing from Peace Corps after accepting the invite?

Hello all!

Do you guys know if there is a penalty/repercussions if you withdraw later from the Peace Corps after you accept the inital invite? I was just recently accepted, but may not be able to serve (I'd find out in a month or so if I can).

Thank you!
