Sombra ARG wasn't a mistake

So i just read a post of Jeff where he said:

We have new heroes coming. I don't think people will care less about balance though. The reason we don't talk about new hero development more is we took the community feedback regarding the Sombra ARG to heart.

And i think there is misunderstanding from blizzard regarding this topic. The Sombra ARG wasn't a mistake, it had it's problems (clues / timers leading nowhere), but it also had great mistery and it united the overwatch community. I remember coming home and open this subreddit to see theories and progress on the investigation, recording the first timer reach 100%, logging into lumerico website and copy paste all the commands to make the energy indicators increase, watching streams waiting for sombra's release. And finally, enjoying her reveal because i knew i had been part of trip.

So i speak for a lot of people when i say that a good ARG where clues lead to information related to the upcoming character and no more timers would be very welcome.
