Selling Fruits that have been imported from Asia

Hi

I interested in setting up a small business that will hopefully import fruit from Asian countries (notably: India, Thailand, and Indonesia). I also want to be involved on the distribution end as well.

Ive looked on the USDA FAVIR catalog and the goods I want to important don't require a licence. However, Im not sure what additional licences and approvals I need to distribute the goods. Does anyone know, or can point me in the right direction on where to find the info? Thanks.
