New Hero Idea!

I was really bored so I randomly made up a new hero.

Name: ConsuelaConsuela

Main Attack: A mop (Melee) That deals 90 damage per hit

E Ability: Make a puddle that will cause enemies to slip and fall (Stunned for 2 seconds) With a cooldown of 8 seconds.

Right Click: She can right click to block with her mop (she takes 1/5th the damage) but it has a cooldown like d.va's defense matrix.'

Passive: "Clean Up" causes her to deal 200% damage to heroes with health 1/3rd or lower under their maximum health.

She walks the same speed as reinhardt.

She has 300 health but slowly regens over time.

Her melee has a 1 second cooldown.

ULTIMATE ABILITY: For 10 seconds she moves 50% faster. She has 50 health and 250 shield. Her melee does 150 damage and has a bigger hitbox of what it can hit. (Almost a small AOE) but it has a 2 second cooldown.
