[LW2] Help me with the strategy layer.

I think it was about september when I noticed all my rooster was hospitalized all the time because oh those all in type of missions. I eventually lost to the doom timers trying to counter advent rolling over me.

Here are a few questions:

1. I usually try to min max havens by having the same type of job with the appropriate advisor. Recruit up to 10-13 with soldier then all on supply with engineer or if it is the region I am focusing on everyone on intel with scientist. Should I mix the jobs? Is having to many rebels on one job causing retaliations?

2. I read that each blacksite has it's own tick on the avatar. If I rush a few early will the timer slow down? I really want a long war.

3. Aside from the time spent in the GTS is there a reason for not using the training spots non-stop? The higher officer will still give the squad bonuses to other officers right?

4. Should I struggle to finish liberating each region even if things get hard or should I always look for the lowest advend strenght?

I'm want to play bronze man but those "all in" missions make me save scum:( I've demoted myself to veteran for the 3rd playtrough.
