Similar quirks will be attained by people with quirks...

So I was wondering about this for a while now, quirks in the MHA series show signs of limits in the users. They are much more realistic than the super powers on a traditional hero comic book. And the manga seems to be doing a good job with staying consistent about these quirks.

Which raises the question, will new quirks be added onto characters that already have a quirk? Horikoshi did state that a time skip was sure to happen, but how will he make things interesting with these quirks?
