Worst case scenerio?

I was driving to cash my check, and I pulled into a parking lot, I had a stop sign, looked. Both ways, no cars. So I make my turn into the parking lot. As I make my turn a car going 70mph, who didn't take the stop, hit my driver's side. I still only have my permit and there wasn't a licenced driver in the passenger, but it was clearly her fault. She got off the car and acted as if it was my fault and wanted my insurance information and proceeded to call the police. Me, furious , I drove off (even tho it was her fault)

License suspension? Time? Fees?
