Has anyone bought weed from those Craigslist ads?

In a comment someone said to check the health and beauty section of Craigslist for medical cannabis and lone behold there were plenty of ads claiming to sell top shelf Mary Jane, even some local dealers trying to get the word out. Would anybody recommend this?
