[Upgrade] What should I upgrade first in my PC?

My Pc is a few years old, it has a 3770k and a Radeon 7970hd and 8 Gb of ram. What components should I look to upgrade first and will I need to get a new motherboard(can't remember current one) ? For a new Gpu do you suggest 1060 or Rx480
