League Passers: Worst and Best commentators?

I personally enjoy unbiased commentary when I watch games. I appreciate when commentators can point out negatives and positives for both teams on the court. A few of my favorites are the Clippers and 76ers broadcasters. They seem to actually enjoy and study basketball outside of their respective home teams. My least favorite would have to Boston. I know Boston is big on their sports, but man are they homers. They can rip into a James Harden foul one play, then completely ignore a Marcus Smart super flop the next. What about you guys? Have any to recommend or to avoid?
