Will the Classic cards that are being moved to Wild still be in card packs?

The 6 Classic cards being rotated to Wild in the start of the year of the mammoth, will those cards still be possible to get in classic card packs or will it only be possible to craft them?

For example, when it starts, can I no longer open a Ragnaros from a Classic pack?
