Bmw 2001 740i radio/onboard computer problems

I am having problems with my inboard computer on my 2001 740i. The screen which displays all my computer readings(range temperature) as well as my cd player will not turn on. There is also 4 lights constantly on no matter if the car is on or not. A green red and yellow light above the phone button and a red light in the shape of a fan above a clock button directly below phone button. Can also point me in the right direction as how to diagnose or fix this? Thank so much!
