Pixel or OnePlus3T?

On the fence about dropping $700 for the Pixel when i can save $250 and get the OnePlus3T. I currently have a Nexus6 on Fi, that's shattered, but I'm open to moving carriers to save a little. In the long run, I know if I hop to TMobile on the OnePlus, I'm going to be paying probably $40 more per month for data compared to sticking with Fi and going cheap, but I miss streaming while out and about (kids+netflix) or at work. Help me decide because I get anxiety over decisions like this.
