Move and resize system partitions

I recently deleted my Windows partition and wanted to resize my GNU+Linux partitions which are located on the the same disk.

Here are the partitions. («Freier Platz» means free space)

  • 210 MB FAT is an EFI partition
  • 524 MB Ext4 is the boot partition
  • 174 GB is LUKS encrypted and probably swap, root and home

As far as I know, I have four partitions, boot, root, swap and home. Boot and swap probably do not need do be resized and I'm not sure about root since I do not really know what is stored there.

Since some of the free space (69 GB) is in front of the boot partition and the partitions to be resized are after the boot partition it has to be moved as well.

How can I do this?
