[Help] How long till my first match?

I have been boxing for almost a year now and have come a long way. I am 15 years old and wanna fight in middleweight. One of my coaches hasn't said anything to me about it yet even though he trains me with the other best fighters in the gym alone. He is also a undefeated pro boxer. My other coach says that maybe in the next couple months I will be ready. What do you guys think and how does all of that go like is there specific fights and tournaments for a fighter having his debut. Also is it bad to have first fights at a tournament. Thanks
