Problems getting into Steel Rake Cabin(Solo)

Hey guys, iv done all the quest to get to the Steel Rake Cabin ones, im wanting to do the solo one, iv followed all the shugo's quests and now have the Instance quests, it says a Shugo called Minarinerk will take me there but then when i try to locate where he is it just says "Cannot be localised" or something like that.

Iv tried in other zoned and it just gives me his location directly on top of the Instance location on the map but he's not there ;(

Cheers
