Cheap Render PC

###Build Help/Ready: I need advice on what cheaper components you can get to do rendering and Photoshop. I have built several PC's in the past, mainly for gaming. This is for a school so I need it to be cheaper but to get the job done. It doesn't need to be the quickest machine as long as it can get projects done reasonably. The applications include Microsoft office, Adobe Photoshop, CAD and blender. PC part picker links are accepted. Thank you!
