I need to uninstall the google_authenticator plugin

I installed a WP site about 6 months ago and just left it. I apparently installed the Google_Authenticator plugin when I installed it, and now I cannot log into wp-admin.

I can, however, access the site via FTP.

Is there a way to disable/remove the Google_Authenticator plugin via FTP?

I was able to get in via FTP and delete the entire site and start over. No big loss, I spent little time on the previous version.
