I can't remember if I took my lexapro this morning!

This probably sounds dumb but I take 20 mg of lexapro every morning for extremely bad anxiety. For the life of me I can't remember if I took it this morning or not. Just about 30 minutes or so ago I started feeling slightly weird/spacey and now I'm worried that I actually did forget and I'm going to get worse symptoms...but I'm also afraid to take it because then I don't want to take it twice in a day in case I actually did..?

Last time I forgot it, it wasn't until evening that I started feeling it.
