I [17M] messed up asking a girl out, should I apologize?

So i dont really talk to girls and when i talk to guys i come off as saracastic. So i was going to ask out this girl she talking about drama and i talked about rugby and things were going fine until i asked her if she wanted to see a movie. She was stunned for a second and like the gentleman i am i said "im asking you out if you dont realize". She was just silent and to make matters better i said " is that a no?". Shes like maybe next time and i said ok cool and i walked off. Her friends were there and i feel like shit, should i say sorry?

tl;dr: Came off as rude when asking a girl out, made her feel really uncomfy
