Kraken x61 fan control problem

So i'm rocking a S340 with kraken x61, and Im using a MSI z170a M7 mobo. I have installed CAM; I can see kraken in the cam settings. I can see the RPM of both Pump and Fans. But my problem is its always running the radiator fans at 100% and I have no fan control.

I plugged the 3pin from my x61 to the CPUFAN1 on my mobo. I pluged in the 4pin PWM stock fans x61 came with into the first and 2nd chain. Also the USB header in my USB header on my mobo. SATA into PSU.

I've read in some threads that I have to set my fan in bios to 100%. I've looked into the bios and tried turning off Smart Fan Mode and running my fans at 100%. Also tested having Smart fan Mode on at 100% at all temperatures as well.

Anyone with the same mobo/cooler or any experience with this can give me some ideas?
