cleave ao question

so i finally pulled my second aoe damager (teshar) and i want to build a new cleave ao. my only stripper is aquilla and i want to run zaiross aquilla teshar galleone. question is: how fast should they be? how many shield sets on whom?. ao that im currently running: seara aquilla malaka frigatte.
