Can anybody direct me to scripture that talks about acceptance of non-believers?

I am dealing with a situation right now involving a a recently out of the closet homosexual who is my employee.(If you want more details read my other posts)

I was going to fire her, but after posting about my situation I was surprised to see that the overwhelming majority of the responses said not to fire her on the sole basis of her being gay.

So could anyone direct me to scripture of Jesus telling us to accept one another even if they are non-believers who have little to no chance of repenting accepting Jesus Christ?
