LG V20 burst mode unimpressive

Something about the auto mode keeps defaulting the setting to ISO 50. I recently killed my S7 by dropping it, it was time for a jump and the camera is my most used app on my phones. On the s7 I used to get amazing burst mode shots in good sunlight, catching a good crisp action shot of fast moving dogs (I am a dog trainer/walker)

But even in great, bright light, burst mode is giving me blurry shots. Manual mode is great and awesome. But there is a noticeable delay from the time I press the button to the time the shutter actually goes off.

Any tips? I do not have RAW enabled.
