[KH2]Recommended PCSX2 settings for 60fps?

These are my settings:

I have an i5 4690k (stock speed, not OC'd yet) and a GTX960, yet I can't keep stable 60fps laste game due to all the graphical effects of Sora's high level combos. TWTNW in particular sees me dropping at low 40s almost every fight.

I heard people keeping stable framerate with worse rigs, what gives? Any tips?
