Best Budget Z270 Motherboard?

Hey guys, I'm currently trying to choose a motherboard for my rig, but I'm not really high on the budget side of the things.

Here is my build:

I5-7600K

GTX 1060

16gb DDR4 2133 Mhz Crucial

Zalman CNPS10X PERFORMA/+

And probably Gigabyte GA-Z270P-D3. I have the rest of the parts from the old PC. The main questions I have about it is, if 6 phase cpu power line enough for overclocking it? Maybe there is a better deal for these money (100-110$ I believe)?
