Workday - Peoplesoft comparison

Hi All. I am trying to get an idea of comparing HR processes in Peoplesoft to those in Workday. Our client currently supports their staff with a shared service center and an offshore HRO Center (me) and they'll be moving to Workday over the next year. We are being pushed by our leadership to give a comparison of savings etc and what a shared service center could look like once Workday is in place to be able to know how our HRO center will be impacted So far finding information for HR processes other than payroll and benefits has been impossible. Our main functions are recruitment and onboarding. Does anyone have this experience who could point me in the right direction?
